Who Can Join?
The Cosplay Funwalk is open to all featured cosplayers at AFCC & all cosplayers from the community.
This is a good-faith celebration of the community — built to recognize the passion, precision, and craftsmanship that goes into bringing our heroes (and villains) to life.
How to Enter (Sign-In + Registration)
Check in at the Cosplay Desk when you arrive.
Sign up for the Funwalk (quick registration).
You’ll receive any needed instructions (walk order, timing, where to line up..etc)
Registration closes at 1 PM
COSPLAY FUN WALK STARTS AT 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

How the Funwalk Works
Cosplayers will be organized into a walk order.
Each participant will get their moment to shine during the Funwalk route (and/or stage moment, depending on layout).
Expect photos, community interaction, and big energy — this is about celebrating the work you put in.
Amateur
HALL AWARD — “Spotlight Picks”
What it is: Recognition for cosplayers who stand out across the event.
How it’s chosen: 10 cosplayers will be selected by an anonymous judge based on overall presence, impact, and “wow” factor seen throughout the con.
Vibe: A love letter to the community — the people you notice in the hall and can’t forget.
Journeyman
LOUDEST CHEER — “Crowd Champion”
What it is: The award decided by the audience.
How it’s chosen: When each cosplayer is introduced, the crowd brings the noise — the loudest cheer wins.
Prize: AFCC Care Package + 2 TGE Tickets
Vibe: Pure hype. Pure community. Pure energy.
Pro
STAGE WORK — “Craft + Character”
What it is: The performance + craftsmanship award.
How it’s chosen: Judged on: Craftsmanship & detail Character embodiment
Prize: AFCC Care Package + SOMETHING SPECIAL!
Vibe: For the cosplayers who become the character — from build to movement to aura.
Judges FOR "STAGE WORK"

Herb is a real-stunts cosplayer known for his fearless energy, physical performance, and full-commitment character work. Blending movement, storytelling, and raw presence, his cosplays go beyond the suit — they come alive.
At AFCC, Herb will be hosting the Cosplay Funwalk, bringing hype, encouragement, and community spirit to the stage. Whether you’re a first-time cosplayer or a seasoned pro, Herb’s all about celebrating the craft, the passion, and the people who make cosplay what it is.
Get ready — this walk is about expression, confidence, and having fun.
