This year at Action Figure Comic Con (AFCC) 2026, we’re proud to unveil a project that does exactly that: a three-way collaboration between Ramen Toy, Toronto Collective, and AFCC to bring a unique custom action-figure–scaled vehicle to life.
This isn’t just another display piece.
It’s a celebration of city culture, toy artistry, and giving back.
A Vehicle Built for the City-Block Diorama
AFCC is known for pushing boundaries with immersive displays—and our massive city-block diorama is one of the largest and most ambitious builds we've ever taken on. Nestled inside this miniature metropolis will be something truly exclusive: a 1/12 scale REV (Ramen Economical Van), fully transformed into a gritty, street-inspired Toronto icon.
Ramen Toy provided the base: a beautifully crafted, highly detailed blank van ready to be customized.
AFCC provided the vision: integrating the van into our full urban city build.
And Toronto Collective? They bring the soul.

Built by Fans, Raffled for Charity
Once the van is fully completed and displayed inside the AFCC city block, it won’t simply be locked behind glass. Instead, the custom REV will be raffled off, with proceeds benefiting a charity partner that will be announced soon.
It’s the perfect way to merge community passion with community impact.
