Challenge yourself by joining the AFCC Diorama Builder Team and create an original display to be showcased during the event. Work alongside talented builders to craft immersive scenes that bring action figures and collectibles to life for thousands of attendees.
Toy Photography

Join our global community of toy photographers and showcase your creativity at AFCC Round 2. Selected photographs will be professionally displayed throughout the convention, celebrating the artistry, imagination, and storytelling behind toy photography.
Creator Registration Information
Thank you for your interest in being part of AFCC Round 2! This registration is open to Media & Press, Cosplayers, Diorama Builders, and Toy Photographers. Approved creators help capture, showcase, and celebrate the action figure community throughout the event.
Creator Access
Approved applicants from each creator category will receive:
- One (1) VIP Creator Badge for their approved creator category.
- One (1) General Admission Pass.
Creator badges do not include a vendor table. If you require a table to sell products or display your work, you must submit a separate application through the Vendor Registration section.
Diorama Builders are the only creator category eligible to receive one (1) complimentary display table.
Toy Photographer Submission Requirements
Toy Photographers are invited to have their work featured in the official AFCC Gallery.
When submitting your application, please upload the photograph you would like displayed at the event.
Image Specifications:
- 300 DPI minimum resolution
- 24" × 36" (Concert Poster Size)
- Submit the highest-quality version available for professional printing.
Featured Cosplayer Guidelines
By submitting a Cosplayer application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the AFCC Cosplay Rules & Guidelines available in the Cosplay section of our website.
All participants are expected to follow these rules throughout the event. Failure to comply may result in immediate action, including removal from the event and/or revocation of creator credentials, at the discretion of AFCC staff.
