Refund Policy – AFCC (Action Figure Comic Con)

Admission Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing an admission ticket to AFCC (Action Figure Comic Con), attendees agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ticket Sales Are Final

All admission ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

AFCC does not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers for:

  • Change of plans
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Travel issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Personal circumstances
  • Failure to attend the event

Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your purchase.

Event Changes

Event schedules, guest appearances, programming, attractions, vendors, exhibitors, and activities are subject to change without notice.

Refunds will not be issued due to changes in:

  • Celebrity or guest appearances
  • Panel schedules
  • Vendor participation
  • Attractions or programming
  • Event layouts or floor plans

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets

AFCC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, or unauthorized tickets. Attendees should retain their order confirmation and proof of purchase.

Event Cancellation

In the event AFCC cancels the event and it is not rescheduled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund as determined by AFCC.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new event date.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons covered under this policy.

AFCC reserves the right to:

  • Challenge and dispute any chargeback claim.
  • Provide payment records, ticket records, event information, and acceptance of these terms to the payment processor as evidence.
  • Refuse future ticket purchases from individuals who initiate unjustified chargebacks.

Admission

AFCC reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, illegal, or violates venue policies. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing a ticket purchase, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions.

 

AFCC Vendor Cancellation & Refund Policy

To ensure the successful planning and operation of AFCC, all vendor bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

Vendor Space Reservations

Vendor spaces are reserved only upon receipt of payment and confirmation from AFCC.

Cancellation Requests

Any vendor wishing to cancel their participation must submit their cancellation request in writing via email.

Refund Eligibility

  • More than 30 days before the event: Vendor cancellations may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable administrative or processing fees, at the discretion of AFCC.
  • 30 days or less before the event: All vendor bookings become final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event date.

No-Show Vendors

Vendors who do not attend the event without prior written notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for any refund, credit, or transfer.

Event Changes

In the event that AFCC must reschedule the event, vendor bookings may be transferred to the new event date. Any transfer or refund decisions will be communicated directly by AFCC.

Agreement

By submitting payment for a vendor space, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Vendor Cancellation & Refund Policy.
